All nominees for the Lilly Graduate Fellows Program must be nominated by their LFP National Network Undergraduate Institution. Each Network Institution can nominate up to three nominees. Once nominated, eligible candidates must fill in the electronic submission form below and submit Undergraduate and Graduate transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and, if necessary, an artistic portfolio no later than January 20, 2012. All materials must be received by January 20 to be considered for the for the Lilly Graduate Fellowship Program.
