APPLICATION MATERIALS required:

• Description of the Conference. Approximately 1000 words in length, it should address the following issues: 1) how the topic promotes the goals of the LFP; 2) the significance and timeliness of the topic; 3) the target audience; 4) How the conference will showcase the host school; 5) how the conference expects to balance humanities and the arts in programming; 6) how the coordinators intend to manage issues of housing, transportation, and dining; 7)expected outcomes.
• List of proposed Plenary Speakers
• Name, contact information, and letter of commitment from professional conference/event planner
• Projected schedule
• Projected budget
• CV of Coordinator
